Shipping

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out the amount of the shipping costs in the ordering process; these depend on the total weight of the goods and the destination. It is also possible to collect the goods yourself.

Our shipping service providers

We send your package with DHL and rely on and support the GoGreen environmental protection program. There is also the option of sending your goods as post with the Deutsche Post if the total weight of goods is less than 1 kg.

Where are we sending

We ship worldwide. You can find out the shipping costs incurred during the ordering process. The shipping costs in the individual countries vary due to the logisticians there.

Shipping times in Germany

The delivery time is approx. 2-3 working days. The delivery time can sometimes vary during school holidays, long weekends or public holidays. We ask for your understanding.

Shipping times abroad

Deliveries abroad arrive at the international parcel center of our shipping service provider within 2-3 working days. From then on, the delivery time depends heavily on the respective national logistician. In neighboring European countries it takes about 2-5 working days.

Shipment tracking

The tracking number will be sent with the shipping confirmation email. You have to enter this on the homepage of our shipping service provider in order to find out the respective transmission status.

Shipping process

Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email in which you will find your order details. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your e-mail spam folder to see whether our e-mail has been filtered there. If this is not the case, the order is not registered in our system. In this case, please contact our service department by email at service@medicengineering.com.

Please check the delivery immediately for any transport damage. If transport damage is recognizable, it is your right to refuse acceptance. In any case, have this properly acknowledged and, if necessary, complain directly to the deliverer.

Packaging and packaging materials

With the entry into force of the new Packaging Act (VerpackG) on January 1st, 2019, the Packaging Ordinance (VerpackV), which aimed to reduce packaging waste and thereby reduce the negative impact on the environment, was replaced.

A central point was created to strengthen the transparency in the licensing of the packaging. The aim of the Packaging Act is to dispose of packaging on a sustainable and competition-neutral basis.

We at Medicengineering do our part by purchasing only licensed packaging, as prescribed, and avoiding any unnecessary outer packaging. Taking ecological aspects into account, we have set ourselves the goal of using only high-quality packaging materials that are made from recyclable and environmentally friendly materials.
