Right of Withdrawal
Below you will find information regarding your statutory right of withdrawal and the conditions applicable to product returns.
Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal generally applies only to consumers as defined by applicable law. Business customers are subject to the contractual terms agreed between the parties.
Right of Withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send a clear written statement, for example by email to service@medicengineering.com.
Returns
Please contact our service team before returning any goods. Whenever possible, items should be returned securely packaged and in their original packaging.
Inspecting the goods in a manner that would be possible in a retail store will not normally result in any compensation claim. However, excessive use beyond such inspection may result in compensation where permitted by applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
Where permitted by law or agreed contractually, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Shipments sent freight collect cannot be accepted.
