University Hospital Zurich · 2016–2021
Overall responsibility for the medical technology discipline, including planning, tendering, procurement, installation and commissioning of the medical equipment for an interdisciplinary outpatient healthcare centre.

Renewal of Ceiling Supply Units and OR Equipment

Project management for feasibility assessment, tendering and implementation of extensive medical technology in intensive care and operating room areas, including structural and technical interfaces.

Hospital-Wide Patient Monitoring Upgrade
University Hospital Zurich · 2021–2022
Project management for the replacement and software upgrade of the patient monitoring system across the entire university hospital, including external locations and IT infrastructure.

- Installation of 90 touchscreens and new mounting systems

PET/CT and Linear Accelerator Replacement

Deputy project management for the replacement procurement of complex major medical systems in nuclear medicine and radiation oncology, including structural, technical and radiation protection modifications.

Kantonsspital Aarau
Deputy Head of Medical Technology Projects & Investments, with 192 investment requests processed in 2014 and 2015. Projects included radiology, paediatric surgery, ultrasound, endoscopy and clinical infrastructure.
University Hospital Basel
Project management in medical technology procurement, including projects in angiography, electrophysiology, nuclear medicine, telemetry, endoscopy, sterilisation, patient monitoring, infusion technology, intensive care and anaesthesia from 2010 till 2014 .
