MedicEngineering delivers medical equipment, spare parts and accessories to customers throughout Germany and worldwide. Depending on the size, weight and destination of your order, we select the most appropriate shipping or freight solution to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

From small replacement parts to complete medical imaging systems, we work with experienced logistics partners and can also support international transportation, export procedures and project logistics when required.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges depend on the size, weight, shipping method and destination country. All applicable shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process.

Personal collection is also available by prior appointment.

Shipping Partners

Standard parcels are shipped through reliable carriers such as DHL. Smaller items may also be shipped via Deutsche Post where appropriate.

Large medical systems and complete healthcare equipment are transported by specialized freight forwarders and international logistics partners.

International Shipping

We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs and transit times depend on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance and local logistics providers.

For international healthcare projects, we are happy to assist with transport coordination, export documentation and logistics management.

Delivery Times

• Germany: typically 2–3 business days for in-stock standard items.
• Europe: delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
• Worldwide: transit times depend on transportation method, customs procedures and local logistics providers.

Delivery schedules for large medical equipment and project-based shipments are coordinated individually with each customer.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information whenever available for the selected shipping method.

Important Delivery Information

• Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
• Any visible transport damage should be reported directly to the carrier and documented upon receipt.
